She also conducts assessment of candidates for employment using Aptitude Tests and Personality Factors. Currently she is also working on establishing a Cognitive process in buyer behaviour. Ms Telang is currently also on the advisory panel of Career Kshetra, an institution devoted to Aptitude Tests, Group Tests and Career counseling.
Ms. Telang has been involved in various Projects and has been assisting SOME training Program series for the past 7 years. She has also been involved in various social research projects. Ms Telang is currently a faculty on EPIC Parenting Empowerment programs as well as Teachers’ Training Programs, Youth Empowerment Programs and looks into the psychological dimensions of human life relationships. Ms Telang has also developed a psychological model of revised Maslow’s Hierarchy of human evolution, a revolutionary theory to explain the behavioural changes in the new generation children. She has also completed her certificate course in Yellow belt 6 sigma.
She has been prolific writer having published articles in Psychology in journals like PsyInsight and a poet having penned many articles and poems published at various magazines and newsletters. She is also a co-author of a book titled 28 Personality Traits in new Generation and Holistic Personality Development
